At Teachers Together, we believe our partnerships with schools should be about more than just filling staffing gaps.
Our commitment to supporting education goes beyond recruitment and is why we're always looking for ways to add genuine value to the schools we work with.
Supporting Our Partners Where It Matters Most
We recently worked with some of our partner schools to provide classroom supplies, collaborating with them to identify which materials would be of most benefit for their classrooms. Working with local supplier Herts FullStop, we were able to secure and deliver exactly what each school needed.
Here are two recent examples of this partnership in action:
The Ferrars Academy: Supporting Creativity in the Classroom

"A huge thank you to Olly from 'Teachers Together' who gifted us some amazing stationery supplies. These items will come in very handy in the next academic year! Thank you so much."

Warden Hill Infant School: Enhancing Learning Resources

"On behalf of everyone here, a very big thank you for the supplies you have donated to support all of our children with their writing. The talking tins are fabulous and a super tool to aid our pupils to orally rehearse and record their sentences before they write."
Lisa Maxted, Head Teacher at Warden Hill Infant School
Going Above and Beyond: Inspirational Visits
Classroom supplies are just one way we support our partner schools. We also arrange inspirational visits from Team GB Paralympic Rowing Champion Naomi Riches MBE DL.
During these visits, Naomi engages with students through assemblies and interactive classroom sessions, encouraging them to set personal goals and overcome challenges through her powerful story of determination and success.
Naomi has visited Downside Primary School, Beechwood Primary School and The Ferrars Academy and here’s what they had to share about the experience and impact:

“Naomi’s story is one of perseverance, striving for a goal and not allowing any disability or setback get in the way of a dream and success! The children loved the assemblies and enjoyed the time to ask Naomi questions in the classroom. We are all very grateful to Teachers Together for organising this inspirational experience for our school - the children loved it!”
Karen Hooker, Head Teacher of Downside Primary School
“It was incredibly valuable for our children to hear first-hand how challenges can be overcome with determination and a positive mindset. Naomi showed our pupils that anything is possible when you believe in yourself, and her visit has sparked meaningful conversations amongst our young pupils in the classroom ever since.
"We are so grateful to Teachers Together for funding this visit—it was an unforgettable experience that will continue to inspire our school community long after the day itself.”
Sarah Green, Principal of The Ferrars Academy
“She was truly inspiring and our children are still talking about her visit and her messages about overcoming obstacles and challenges in life.
"The visit was just another way that Teachers Together as a company show that they want to work with their school partners to the benefit of pupils.”
Mark Sherwin-Peddie, Head Teacher of Beechwood Primary School
Why Partnership Means More Than Placement
These responses perfectly illustrate what sets Teachers Together apart. We don't just see schools as clients - we see them as partners in education. Lisa's note also highlights this collaborative approach:
"Thank you too, for the staff we have here from Teachers Together who are part of our team and have made a positive impact on our pupils."
This is what true partnership looks like - our education professionals becoming valued, integrated members of school communities, while we continue to support those schools in additional ways.
Our Commitment to Education
Rather than treating recruitment as a purely transactional relationship, we're committed to:
Understanding real classroom needs and finding ways to help address them
Building long-term relationships based on mutual support and trust
Creating meaningful impact that extends beyond staffing solutions
Demonstrating our values through consistent action
