Prioritise Your Wellbeing

Education Support is a vital UK charity dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and education staff. They offer a wealth of resources through their website and operate a free 24x7 helpline (08000 562 561) which provides immediate and confidential emotional support from a qualified counsellor.
