The Details
Job Title: Part-Time Sales Executive
Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
Salary: £20.00 per hour + Bonus Structure
Hours: 12-16 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM), Term time only
Work Arrangement: Office-based on Tuesdays, remote on other days

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Building genuine partnerships with schools based on our TRUE values (Transparency, Relationships, Understanding, Excellence)
Understanding schools' unique staffing needs and challenges to provide personalised solutions
Representing our transparent pricing approach, ensuring schools know exactly what they're paying for
Collaborating with our recruitment team to match schools with the right educators
Maintaining detailed records in our CRM system to ensure consistent service
Contributing to our marketing efforts and helping share our unique approach within the education community
Gathering feedback from school partners to continuously improve our service
Developing a sales target system while implementing our current sales process
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
Previous B2B telemarketing experience
Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
A genuine belief in our collaborative approach to recruitment
Ability to explain complex information clearly and transparently
Experience with Excel and CRM systems
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently
